Complaint

June 18, 2013 11:55:07 am pamk. Rswo, complaint, karen morgan (former employee for school system), redacted phone number, this property is rented out to exchange teachers from china. One set has just left and another is coming in in august. In 20 the owner was made aware of problems and they werent fixed. Folks from china didnt know they could have complained/voiced concerned. At least 20+ rats have been killed, debris around house, old furniture under deck rotting, garage is jammed packed and was suppose to be cleared out. Doesnt feel the house may be fit to live in.
