Space 3714 and 3718 - this project consists of a new 170sf addition on the rear of the building fronting south sterling avenue as well as interior modifications to the central unoccupied tenant space. Interior modifications include the removal of interior finishes throughout as well as modifications to interior cmu walls. Two existing mezzanines will be completely removed. There will be no modifications to the exterior of the building or the site with the exception of the 170sf dock addition. The final goal is a clean shell ready for tenant improvements.
