Complaint

Rswo, complaint, afd, people are living in building, no gas meter to building, only heat source is a space heater, plastic over windows, exit is blocked at back of building, vegitation is growing into the building, etc. Pjk; february 21, 2013 4:36:19 pm jhayes. I made an initial visit to the complaint site. This is a multiple occupant building with it appears 6-8 possible apartments, 2 on the main floor ,2 upstairs, and maybe 3 in a basement, with entry from outside by the driveway. There is junk and trash in the front and on the side of the building,there is junk and trash on the porches. The over-all condition of the building is poor. There is rotten floors on the porches,no paint on the eves or siding,the gutters and downspouts are either in poor condition, or none-exitant. The roof looks to be close to the end of it s life, though i didn t have a clear view or able to have a close examination. The fascia boards are rotten. There is plastic on some
