Approval of a tree review for lot 6 to modify the requirements of condition b of lu 08-116969 tr, and supersede those requirements with the following: a. Within days of this decision, the applicant shall obtain a zoning permit to plant shrubs and groundcover plants on lot 6. The shrub and groundcover plantings shown on the permit plans shall be in substantial conformance with the staff-modified mitigation planting plan, exhibit c. 1 (lot 6) and provide the following: a minimum of 36 shrubs and 96 groundcover plants (other than grasses) must be installed in the rear yard of lot 6; for the purpose of this review, the rear yard shall be defined as the area between the rear facade of the residence and the rear lot line. The plantings must be native species selected from the portland plant list. At least 3 different shrub species shall be used. At planting, shrubs must be at least a one-gallon container size or bare-root; and ground cover plants must be at least a four-inch pot size.
