Existing plumbing currently run above grade along the west wall of the house. New work is to move the plumbing off of the west wall and below grade so it will be underneath the finished floor of the basement. Installations per file wheaton basement picture of current main drainage line and proposed location is included in file plumbing adding floor drain by existing hot water heater because no floor drain is present currently adding rough installation of a toilet, sink, and floor drain on the south end of the basement expanding the outer portion of the house to attach existing garage to the house. Current stairwell is too narrow and does not meet code. The additional square footage of the house extending toward existing garage will allow new stairwell to be built to code. Addition is indicated on file site plan and details are in attached engineering drawings in the as built folder.
