October 3, 2012 10:10:27 am ssalyer. Good morning, i will need a complaint permit set up for the address above. I have received a written complaint with 5 signatures from the neighbors. Thank you, will thibodeau department of building safety city of asheville cell 828. Redacted phone number office 828. Redacted phone number; april 4, 2013 9:29:56 am pamk. I have drove by the property and yes all the gutters have been removed but i do not consider this to be the final of this permit. There is a lot of trash in the front yard and back yard which is also able to be seen from the road and neighbors. The windows need to be boarded up due to the fact that anyone at any time could enter the vacant home, which is a big concern of the neighbors.
