Approval of historic resource review for exterior alterations to the douglas building, a national registered landmark structure, to include remove a non-historic infill storefront bay on the sw hawthorne faade; install one new recessed entry bay framed in wood panels with a cementitious base, clear glazed windows and clear glazed wood door that will match historic storefront bays present on this faade; and retention of the original transom windows above the new entry bay.
