Demo out walls required to achieve new layout. Frame entire kitchen and bathroom according to design. Framing includes all fire stopping,all required hangers and blocking, install all finish trim, install new kitchen cabinets. Install insulation, install new blue board on all walls that were removed. Walls and ceilings will be finished with veneer plaster.. Install tile in bathroom shower and floor,prime and paint entire kitchen and bathroom. Install new pre-finished flooring. Install 8 recessed lights, under the cabinet lighting. Rough to finish plumbing for 1 kitchen sink, dw, fridge,oven, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom sink and shower. Install hardi plank lap siding.
