I have a current permit to (15-3470-rnvn) to replace the existing vinyl siding and some hardi boards with new zip plywood and 6 1 4" smooth hardi. However after pull off all the old siding i have alot of water damage and flashing not installed correctly both on roof of parch and under deck area. Will need to replace to install exterior siding. The side porch is on located on alix street side, have double lot. Im looking to remove and place in-kind w treated wood and the replace hand rails columns etc. Will be on the existing foot print, not making bigger and or change the layout. Also the floor joists are 24" on center, plus i have alot of water damage and rot on 3 4" t g floor boards very solf in areas.
