Provide and install one dedicated circuit with a 120v 20-amp duplex receptacle at the catv head end rack location. Provide one new circuit breaker in existing space. Provide and install one 120v hospital grade gfci protected receptacle at each chair location not to exceed 6 receptacles per circuits. Provide five new circuit breakers in existing panel. (total = chairs). Provide and install one 1-gang cut-in box for low voltage cabling. Provide and install three 2-1 2" conduit from fmc network room to pull bo in patient room. Provide and install three 16"x16"x8" pull box in patient room for telecommunication home run conduits. Provide and install one 1-1 2" conduit to chase with four chairs from the home run pull box. Provide and install one 1" conduit to each chase with two chairs from thew home run pull box.
