Revision to permit b1104885 to correct work that exceeded scope of permit. Reconstruct the removed portions of the front-yard retaining wall that were removed to create new lead walks; rebuild to match the stone and mortar joints of the rest of the remaining wall, remove the steps at the street, and backfill with soil behind the wall. Remove some of the concrete paving at the rear and provide grass areas between the parking pad and the lead walks at rear. Remove the present windows and transoms on the second floor of the facade and replace windows to match those on the originally approved plan: all-wood one-over-one windows with arched upper sash to fit the original arched openings, with appropriate brick molds.
