Spray existing plant growth with herbicide. Allow plants to wilt approximately one week before removing any remaining plant material. Repair masonry according to vcc standard details. Remove deteriorated floor boards, stringers, and fascia boards as necessary. Install new 3"x4" beaded stringers, 5 4x4 t&g floorboards, and 7 8" fascia with " bead, all as per vcc standard detail sheet no. 12 (attached). Repair replace beaded board and batten shutters as necessary throughout the building. Shutters to fill entire opening and be matched to existing in all respectsde-construct existing courtyard wall. Rebuild wall in same location with same height and detailing. Only approved change from existing is to tooth-in the courtyard wall to the building walls. All masonry to be re-used or exactly match existing. All mortar to be used according to the vcc standard detail. Existing gate, frame, mailbox, and ironwork above wall to all be reinstalled to match existing. All repair replacement work shall matc
