Installation shall take place on 12/28-29/12. Installation shall be dismantled and removed from site by 01/03/13.

Erect a 6ft high temporary fence. Fence does not require a permit as long as it does not exceed 7ft in height.

To repoint masonry of the conti elevation of the party wall at the 336 and 334 decatur property line as per vcc standard detail sheet (attached)following repointing, to apply prosoco siloxane pd water repellent to conti elevation of masonry wall as per architectural committee approval of 08 22 17 and materials stamped vcc approved 08 25 17

To begin construction of new four-story building with galleries and balconies at the second and third floors, approved by the architecture committee 06 27 17, approved by the commission 08 03 16, and structural plans stamped vcc approved 07 28 17note: approved work limited to structural plans only at this time with all other work including millwork, finish materials and colors, expansion joints, exterior lighting, etc. To be permitted separately.
