We have a non-structural renovation permit for the existing three unit building at this location and the accessory structure. When we started construction, the accessory structure was leaning against the neighboring property. When we were moving it off the neighboring property, the building collapsed. The inspector has asked us to get a demolition permit for this structure, so i am trying to do that. I am the owner and contractor of record, and it will be my familys residence. The construction value is already included in the existing permit, and i am listing it as zero value since that cost is already included.
