New 6" conc slab parking pad in rear (12 x 20) and 4" conc walkway (3 x 53). Reconstruct existing wood front exterior steps in existing location. All work per code per drawings.

Amend scope of work from previous permit to install new section of foundation 82 x 18 in lieu of retaining existing. All other work approved under permit com2017-52744. As per sketch and as per code.

Install (1) 300 btu air-con system heat pump (1) # new distribution system (1-2 family) (4) cfm exhaust systems (1) 800 btu fuel-burning equip as per code.

Install (18) # branch circuits feeders (1) 2 amps enlarge electrical meters (4) # low voltage as per code.

Structural alterations: interior work: 374 sq ft: underpinning of foundation walls. Existing basement height: 60" proposed height: 80" as per drawing code.
