Complaint received: 1. The front yard is covered with dozens and dozens (100+?) birdbaths and statues (many of them broken) , broken plates, pottery, etc. There are also large blue tarps covering additional junk in several areas in plain view from street. The garage is stuffed full of junk of very kind, spilling out, all in plain view. This seems like an obvious fire hazard/vermin hazard. The owner has many yard sales every year, and all this junk stays, outside year around. In addition, the yard is overgrown. This place has been in this condition for years, and is getting worse and worse. Laurelhurst is a beautiful neighborhood, but it is clearly compromised by this one, very visible house. 2. There is also an overgrown rosebush covering the bus stop in front of house. This is a safety hazard since it disrupts visib Date: September 10, 2015Permit type: Request | Permit status: Closed | Completion date: September 8, 2015 | Permit id: 2015-207024-000 | |||||
