No plans required for repair. Repair per dang. Building inspection and 1&2 family code. Scrape and seal all fire/smoke damaged members not removed by demolition. Replace approximately 4 of crawlspace cripple wall at northeast exterior wall; replace or double from bearing to bearing 2x8 floor joists as needed where char exceeds 1/4. Repair damaged subflooring by placing tight fitting 1/2 minimum plywood between floor joists and support w/ 2 x3 minimum nailers into joists, or where joists are to be doubled these can be used for plywood support. Replace damaged portion of 1st floor east exterior wall at northeast corner (this portion was covered with plywood at time of inspection) - replace with like materials.
