Place new buried fttp facilities in rear alley behind 3307 39th st nw and in the public right of way in the front of 3841 macomb st. As shown on ewo 8a00879. Using the fios draw down account. This project will require that a saw cut be made at the construction area and to excavate to the required depth to make the repair then to start backfilling with a dry, clean fill in 8 inch lifts. They will use a vibratory tamper on each lift. At subgrade they wil use 30 psi concrete and vibrate the concrete. Restore fully in kind any disturbed /roadway/ curb and gutter/ sidewalk to match existing finish condition. All work will adhere to all dc guideslines, standards and specifications.
