Received compliant via email from marsha stickford who received a call from neighbors; house is in poor condition; holes in roof, gutters falling down, and insulation has been torn out by animals; person currently living in dwelling;rlh; july 9, 2013 3:04:38 pm willt. I am completing an inspection under the roofing permit because the complaint permit inspection is locked. The complainant called me yesterday, i see the owner of the property has obtained a permit to do work. I would recommend to close the complaint permit since the owner has obtained a permit to do work. I have left a card at the door asking the owner to post the permit visible from the road.
