February 18, 2013 4:32:06 pm pamk. Rswo, no name, city managers office, junk & trash in front yard. Needs to be checked to see if any structural code issues. February 19, 2013 5:08:07 pm agraham. -the address of this structure is actually 31 -mobile home, tires and trash in yard -washer and dryer on rear porch -power still on to meter -locked, did not go inside but largely empty of furnishing -neighbor reports no one living there and truck with company name on side was there recently taking away scrap metal -both front and rear porches have structural issues -owner listed in hte as charles allen haney; march 20, 2013 5:12:33 pm amandar. Trailer has had some of the debris removed from yard and now is in the process of having new carpeting, appliances, etc installed in order for trailer to be occupied. Existing pem still functional.
