Replacement of gas fired high efficiency hvac equipment including ductwork venting and thermostat. Install replacement windows doors exterior wall insulation sheetrock tile floor finishes and paint throughout. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops and appliances. (windows & doors to remain same size and location). As per code. Windows and doors must fit in existing openings.
