SCORE 56 Wmata proposes to drill one geotechnical boring b-1 located in the vicinity of 327 cedar street nw, between blair road and carroll street. The boring will be 8 inches in diameter and feet deep. The drilling method used will be hollow stem auger. All drilling generated waste will be drummed -solids and liquids-, tested and shipped off-site for disposal. In the event that the well is not completed within 1 day, the well shall be covered and protected from surface water drainage, vertical migration of contaminants and other materials through the well casing and well annulus. The boring will be abandoned following ddoe requirements. No drilling spoils or excavated soils will be used as backfill.
