Repairing existing fence and adding section of fence along west boarder of lot with same fence. Repairing existing walkways with flagstone and adding a circular gravel pad for table and chairs. Adding a 8x12 storage shed in back south west corner of lot.

Renovating existing home. Converting an office space into a master bath. Closing doorway from second bedroom to new master bath. Creating a new entry point from master bedroom to master bath. Converting existing closed in sleeping porch to a closet and modifying the windows in the closet area. Re-doing exterior area of master bath and wic area to ensure it is properly insulated and rotting siding is replaced. Lighting fixtures will be replaced with new ones and new lighting added in the new master bath. The attic will be insulated with foam insulation and master bath wic floors will be insulated to protect plumbing and new warm board flooring. Old windows will be repaired and replaced. The house interior and exterior will be repainted. In the basement we will be renovating where the old bathroom was and removing one laundry sink. The boiler and hot water system will be moved the the corner of the basement. We will be removing all radiators and replacing them with a new hvac system. The
