We own the building located at 3251 w. Hillsborough avenue. One side of the building is occupied by everest university (3251-b) and the current water meter is billed to them and paid for by them. That meter also provides water to the other side of the building which has been heretofore vacant. We now have a new tenant occupying that side of the building (3251-a) and they need a submeter installed so they can have their own water bill for their own usage. Dustin coleman in city planning told them as landlord we have to apply for the meter to be installed and pay the fees.
