Approval of historic resource review for exterior alterations to an existing colonial revival-style house built in 1918 and listed as a contributing resource in the irvington historic district. Alterations will include: repairs to the foundation in the southwest corner of the building; expansion of approximately 121 square feet; reuse of 3 existing double-hung wood windows; addition of 4 new wood double-hung windows in a bump-out on the west faade; a new wooden door; and structural upgrades to the bump-out underneath the sleeping porch.
