Addition (13-3" x 9-6") and new roof deck (13-3" x 16-0"). New interior framing & drywall (2 x 4 studs at 16" o c) for 1st & 2nd floor. New 3-0" wide interior stairs (7. 75" max risers & 10" min. Treads) and hangers. New floor finish new int. Doors (7) new exterior doors (3) new windows (7) new sidings and new rubber roof over existing roof. Existing windows and doors same sizes and locations. New insulation (r49 for roof r21 for exterior walls). New concrete parking pad (280sf) w 4" gravel and concrete. As per drawings code.

Underpinning of foundation walls as per attached engineers plans and certification. The engineer certification is required at completion of work and with a report of the exact dates of periodic inspections during the construction. Existing basement height = 6-0" proposed height = 8-0". As per drawing and as per code.
