-remove and replace 3 exterior doors-remove & replace 2 security doors-remove & replace address plaque & mailbox-remove & replace lf of wood privacy fencing in the rear-install 13 blinds-install 13 windows-remove and replace wood trim around 13 windows-remove and replace all baseboard-remove & replace aprox 1 sheets of drywall-remove and replace front exterior 2nd flr and basement metal rails aprox 23 lf-carpet front porch basement and 2nd flr aprox 9 sq ft 1 sq yd-install aprox 6 sq ft of allure vinyl flooring in lr dr kitchen laundry & both bathrooms-rmv & rplc aprox 1 lf of shoe molding in kitchen laundry room bathrooms lr and dr-remove & replace 4 sets of interior double doors-remove and replace 6 sets of prehung interior doors-remove and replace 2 sets of stringers-install 2 tiled tub surrounds windows and doors will be placed in existing openings as per code.

Install (1) # electric water heater (9) # plumbing fixtures (1) # water service pipe (reconstruction) (1) # sanitary connection (reconstructio as per code.

All interior renovation of all existing two levels. Total sf = 1427 sf. All new interior partition walls shall be 2x4 studs @ 16" o c with 1 2" gb on each face. All work shall be in accordance with baltimore city building code. All work shall be per attached plans. All interior door shall be new doors as per schedule. All exterior windows shall be replaced with new windows at same location and same size. Remove existing basement stair and place new 3 wide stair with 11" treads and 7 3 4" risers. Stairs will be using existing hangers. As per drawing and as per code.

Install (1) 750 btu fuel-burning equip(furnace) (1) 300 btu air-con system condensor (1) # distribution system reconstruction ( # diffusers) as per code.
