Remove existing plaster walls to insulate exterior envelope. Install new hydro-air heating and cooling system. Update electrical wiring as necessary. Update and relocate fixtures on third floor bathroom. Relocate bathroom on second floor. Update fixtures on first floor half bath. Update kitchen. Remove existing french doors, and replace with new windows. Remove existing window and replace with new rear entry door. Extend kitchen area out to be flush with adjacent wall (new 4-7" x 8-4") adding additional 38 sf on grond floor only.
