Grading approximately 285 cubic yard of cut and 165 cubic yard of fill. Note: 53 lineal feet of site retaining wall not included on this permit (plans to be submitted later).

Revision 10-20-2016: reduced grading and revise driveway, omit landscape seating walls and shift house by 3 feet to the east.(16cp00782 & pln150544)

Revision 2: changes to steel beams and add steel posts. Driveway to be changed from decomposed granite to asphalt including minor revision to finished grade. Change to windows, removal of planter, and stairway from bed no. 4, removal of a decorative steel screen. Lower the guest ceiling from 1410" to 140". Addition of stucco corner drip edge detail, add closed-cell spray foam hybrid to attic space in place of attic venting. Headers above interior doors to be flush with ceiling.
