Complaint received: extremely loud band playing outside at us bank block at 6th & oak at lunch time on 9 june 11. Music can be heard 3 blocks away at 3rd & oak. The tall buildings amplify the noise and it is almost painful to the ears when you are half a block away. There are also red tail hawk fledglings just across the street (shown on the kgw raptor cam) that are being very disturbed by the noise and trying to fly. Approval of the following exterior alterations to the front (east) elevation of the wells fargo building, a historic landmark in the central city plan district, downtown sub district: replace existing non-original bronze framed doors and adjacent panels with a modern streamlined glass storefront system with minimal hardware. Replace non-original black exterior floor tiles and entrance floor mat system. The new tiles will match the existing in color and texture. The existing marble border will remain.
