Install replacement windows doors exterior wall insulation sheetrock tile floor finishes and panit thoughout. Install new kitchen cabinets countertops and appliances. (windows & doors to remain same size and location). All as per code. No alteration to original window and exterior door dimensions permitted. No change of use.
