Hi dave or staff, thank you for taking a look into this. We currently have a purchase contract with owner for property 3148 w euclid ave. We are performing inspections during the inspection period (only a short few days). Noticed the big oak tree (believed to be laurel oak). Please help us with the following questions and any other expertise you can share and teach us on this situation.
