To install one (1) double-faced wood sign to read "lozano & barbuti, fine art gallery, 313 rue royale" per drawings stamped vcc approved sign will measure: 36" x 13. 5" x 1" thicknesssign will hang from existing chains on bracket, perpendicular to the street, centered above the door. Sign will have a white background with black letteringno additional illumination or lighting is approvednote: all existing signs must be removed and no additional signs may be installed.
