Complaint received: wood destroyed by water, and currently moldy and mildewy. Wood is compromised all along inner hallway along apartments #21-#24. Along the wall opposite the apartments, there are wood storage blocks. These blocks are destroyed by continuous leaking water that comes in to the hallway and in to the storage blocks. The wood at the bottom of these has black-colored mold and wood is crumbling. Hallway has torn, urine-stained carpet that is covered up with 2 continuous air fresheners in the hallway. Worried that air is not safe to be breathing in because of condition of wood.

Complaint received: standing water and dripping pipes in common area breezeway.
