We have recently bought this house and we have recognized the fact that the condition of the tree seemed to in bad condition meaning that it might cause structural damage to our property and also the adjacent property. The tree seemed to split in half and there are visible cavities on the main branches and the root seemed to start rotting as well. We will appreciate if someone can come out to assess this issue. Personally, i am little concerned about the fact that my daughter will be spending lot of time out on the yard and tree doesnt make me comfortable about that. Thanks in advance.
