For the complete demolition of all structures with the exception of building "f" and for the erection of five (5) separate detached structures. For the creation of a unity of use to create one (1) lot for zoning purposes (to be known as 4 w allegheny ave) with respective covenants, agreements and easements to be recorded by deed to bind current and future owners of the contiguous six (6) parcels (4 w allegheny ave, 240-56 w allegheny ave, 236-38 w allegheny ave, 31 n 02nd street, 31 n 02nd street, 30 n 02nd street) to preserve the unity of use and the legality of the entire project that stems from single zoning lot treatment. Prior to issuance of certification of occupancy, proof recordation of easements, agreements and restrictive covenants must be supplied. Size and location as shown on plans application.
