Per chap ntp remove and replace two basement windows on facade to match existing. Remove 3rd floor rear windows and sliding glass doors replace with black aluminum-clad wood windows (four fixed two awning). All work to be completed as per plans in chap files.

Chap authorization to proceed approved as per chap atp: replace five metal windows on the faade that are deteriorated beyond repair. Replacement windows will be marvin ultimate black aluminum-clad wood double hung 1 1 windows that replicate the existing windows in size and dimensions. The two story black metal window framing and spandrel panels between the first and second stories will be removed and replaced to match existing in dimensions and details (that is the existing framing will not be overwrapped or clad in a way that will change the dimensions of the framing) all work to be completed as per plans in chap files
