Place sl hh at mmp at row of bienville st and leave 1 floor. Trench 6 and core bore to the inside of the building, then once on the inside wall pull fiber to 3rd floor penetrating 2&3 floors 45, and leave 1 slack on the 3rd floor. This site sl is unsure of demarc just know its the 3rd floor. Once cc submits design, plans will be updated on demarc. Construction 2-3 days 96 ct.
