Removal of pecan tree: we have been monitoring this tree for over a year and a half. During its dormancy stage before the green leaves returned, i took several pictures of the condition of the tree. The pictures revealed more than 5 areas severely affected by mistletoe and other disease. These pictures were provided to dave at the parks department of the city of tampa. I have also observed several large tree limbs that had fallen on the pool deck and into the pool. I have several concerns at this point including the following: 1. Personal safety of my family and guests while on the pool deck and in the pool. 2. Personal safety of anyone working around the pool (including the construction of the garage apartment currently underway). 3. Property damage to our house and new garage or the neighbors house to the south and west that could occur from falling limbs or the tree itself.
