Provide and install new code compiant car operating stations, hall fixtures including top and bottom access switches for elevators 3-8 install rope grippers on elevator 3-6 refurbish cab interiors and replace car sills on elevators 3-6 and ele 11-16 no work to existing fire alarm or building work included as part of this work scope all work is to bring the elevator system up to current code with the controller repaired under emergency flooddamage repair prior to this work under separate permit
