Peters and decatur elevations and replace with white ecosense "rise" f0 fixtures, with medium output, 3000k color temperature and narrow spot beam angle. All wires to be installed on the interior of the building where possible. Any exterior wiring shall be placed in conduits that are discretely placed along the inside corners of building surfaces and painted to match adjacent surface. Install two (2) new 21" "bevolo french quarter gooseneck" electric lights on n peters elevation to match existing. Installation height must also match existing.
