Request is for removal of four trees on west side of lot along macdill ave. One of these trees has several, large, dead limbs which pose threat to traffic on macdill. Additional request is for removal of one large tree at south end of driveway on property. This tree has increased in the degree of its already substantial lean to the north. Of particular concern, is there appears to be slight rise of ground near base on south side, and there has been new land depression develop on north side. Of note: 1. Two trees marked for removal at time of construction (2013) were left in place. 2. We planted another large tree on the lot at time of construction. 3. We would like to mitigate by planting two additional trees on the property.
