Interior remodel of existing kingdom hall (jehovahs witness church) relocating existing meeting room from auditorium to lobby area. Reducing seating in auditoriom from 188 seats to 167 seats. Adding 33lf of interior partitions to create office and utility room also to expand mens room for ada compliance. Adding new water closet to existing womens bathroom. Misc electrical (for interior and exterior lighting and misc electrical inside of church), plumbing and mechanical. Replace some mech ducting (insulated with min. R-8). Moving existing exterior door 4 feet on northeast corner of building.
