Ncdac- august 1, 2016- this application is for the demolition of existing metal warehouse on sq 169, address 2941 royal bounded by royal, railroad on press st., dauphine, and monetgut streets. The demolition includes existing metal warehouse + slab to prepare for new mixed use construction preliminary approved through the cpc conditional use process codified in cpc ordinance 026754. Part of existing warehouse, the historic wing, will be retained for renovation. All site grading and sidewalks, and all on site fixtures will be demolished as part of new construction application, this permit application for building only. Application for new construction including sidewalks will occur at later date.
