High shingle roof: 1. Rip and dispose of shingle roofs down to sheathing. 2. Install ice and water shield on entire roof. 3. Install a new 3 tab year shingle roof. 4. Remove and install new aluminum gutters tying into existing downspouts. 5. Install new white aluminum drip edge and rake edge around the perimeter of the roof. 6. Fabricate and install new cooper step flashing aprons and cap flashing at the chimney. 7. Flash one stack penetration with metal sleeve. Three entry roofs: 1. Rip and dispose of existing epdm membrane. 2. Install new ?? High density polyisocyanurate insulation. 3. Install new fully adhered mil carlisle epdm membrane. 4. Install new white aluminum drip edge at back entry roof perimeters. 5. Remove and install new 5? White aluminum gutter tying into existing downspouts at front entry roof. 6. Flash wall with epdm and rework wood shingles as necessary.
