See asbestos report limited exterior alterations including siding removal, windows in existing openings, minor rear wall infill and new door adjacent to storefront to provide a two (2) hour rated enclosure serving three (3) new apartments in the first floor rear through third floor, complete interior alterations including new non-bearing partitions, rated fire doors and finishes throughout, new accessible bathroom at ground floor commercial space - no structural work, existing stairs to remain. Building shall be fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
