Allen addition

I have placed a stop work order at the address above for the construction of an addition and a detached structure. 1 fine, may appeal within 5 days, must pay fines, obtain permits, pass final inspection. My field inspection notes are as follows: i was called to the site by joe chennault to investigate a possible shed being constructed without a permit. Upon arriving at the location i could visibly see a structure at the framing stage, at the rear of the property. I went to the front door at what appears to be the main level (upper) and no persons answered the door. When i was in route to the front door i noticed what appears to be new construction at the right side of the home, an addition. Electrical work will need to be included in the new permit. The dwelling has one outstanding electrical permit for a service change,
