Clear/dry, met on site and spoke with the property owner of #28 frady lane (karen). The owner was concerned about the amount of stormwater runoff and erosion that frady lane was receiving during a heavy rain event. The owner stated that there were no issues with runoff until the new development on the corner of fairview rd & frady lane was built.
