S front yard / driveway area stair case would encroach within minimum required fifteen feet (15?) front setback. Called applicant and requested revised or amended plan to delete proposed stairs or show better site plan in compliance with setback standard. Removing the stairs on deckscc; reviewed and approved revised amendment to zoning permit to remove proposal for stairs along the flordia ave street as minimum front setback is fifteen feet (15) from edge of rights-of-way. Swr january 30, 2006 9:31:53 am stuartr ; february 20, 2008 11:59:02 am kneel permit voided to inactivity.;
