The celebration event will take form as a bbq for patrons and special guests who have been strong supporters of the restaurant since settles repurchased it in 2010. Dcbk is well known in the city and was once known at the iconic bob the chefs. Dcbk is "the" if not one of the oldest and most successful african american owned restaurant in the city of boston. Dcbk has submitted a street closing application with parks & rec requesting permission to have 1/3 of northampton street closed-off to use for this event.
